It is now a week after losing people, people losing properties, and others being forced to migrate from their places to others due to landslides and floods that took place in Western Uganda in the District of Kasese and in the Sub counties of Kyarumba, Kyondo and Kisinga where we as KBT farmers run most of our activities.
Its unfortunately that most of our farmers were affected and losing their things and properties. Out of 100% the 98% of their properties were affected by landslides including trees that they had just planted which we supplied to them.
Here as we need to change the climate through tree planting, as KBT we still need to look forward to carry out the re-afforestation activity by giving out more trees to them and cover the top soils and with this we hope to change the environment.
Donate towards this cause and we change the communities that were affected by landslides in these areas.
